JFY系列履帶式壓片破碎機(jī)由壓輥、節(jié)狀不銹鋼輸送帶和破碎輥組成，由擠出機(jī)擠出的熱融狀態(tài)物料經(jīng)壓輥滾壓成l-2mm厚的帶狀物，壓輥采用水冷卻。物料在輸送過程中用風(fēng)扇式凈化干燥冷風(fēng)繼續(xù)冷卻至理想溫度, 再固態(tài)在破碎成片狀物料落入料斗。

The JFY series crawler roller crusher consists of pressure roller,joint stainless steel conveyor belt and crushing roller.The thermal melt material squeezed by the extruder is rolled into 1-2mm thick strip.The pressure roller is cooled by water.During the delivery process,the cold air continues to cool to the ideal temperature,and then the solid state breaks into a sheet material falls into the hopper.
